Is RidePilotAU a native app?
The customer and operations products are installable web apps that work across iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. A dedicated iPhone driver app is also being prepared, including an Apple CarPlay-capable build subject to Apple approval.
Can customers use it without installing anything?
Yes. Customers can book, create an account, receive secure tracking links and tell the driver they are ready from their normal web browser.
Can I use my own logo, pricing and payment account?
Yes. Your brand and pricing rules control the customer experience. Card payments are designed to connect to the operator’s own Stripe setup; EFT and approved cash remain available.
Will you import my existing bookings?
Yes. Google Sheet and CSV imports are supported, with assisted migration included for Enterprise customers.
Are Google Maps, SMS and card fees included?
No. Those services charge according to usage and payment volume. Keeping them separate means your RidePilotAU subscription does not hide a margin inside transaction fees.
