Information we collect

When you request a demonstration, we collect the contact and business information you submit. A subscribed operator’s workspace may process customer, booking, driver, vehicle, payment-reference and journey-location information required to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, operate RidePilotAU, support bookings and journeys, prevent misuse, maintain records and improve the service. Card details are handled by the connected payment provider and are not stored by RidePilotAU.

Service providers

Depending on the operator’s configuration, data may be processed by hosting, mapping, payment, email, SMS, flight-information and analytics providers. Operators remain responsible for their own customer notices and lawful use of personal information.
