Information on this website describes the current RidePilotAU product and proposed subscription plans. Features, third-party integrations and pricing may change before a paid subscription is accepted.

Pilot access

A pilot workspace is for evaluation. Operators must verify their branding, fares, availability, payment settings, customer terms and legal obligations before accepting live bookings.

Third-party services

Mapping, flight data, payment processing, messaging, hosting and app-store services are supplied by third parties under their own terms and usage charges.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, inclusions, usage limits, billing cycle, support arrangements and cancellation rights will be confirmed in the operator’s order. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
