Website information

Information on this website describes the current RidePilotAU product and subscription plans. Material plan, pricing or service changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Pilot access

A pilot workspace is for evaluation. Operators must verify their branding, fares, availability, payment settings, customer terms and legal obligations before accepting live bookings.

Third-party services

Mapping, flight data, payment processing, messaging, hosting and app-store services are supplied by third parties under their own terms and usage charges.

Subscriptions and recurring billing

By completing Stripe Checkout, the operator authorises JW Digital to charge the selected RidePilotAU subscription monthly until cancelled. Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. The operator can update payment details, access invoices and cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law. Access may be restricted after a failed payment remains unresolved.

Founding Operator offer

The Founding Operator launch credit applies once per eligible business after three consecutive paid monthly subscriptions at the same plan level. The fourth monthly subscription is discounted in full while the account remains active and in good standing, and normal monthly billing resumes in month five. The offer cannot be combined with annual billing or another promotional credit.

Plan limits

Plan inclusions and usage limits are shown at purchase. Third-party mapping, messaging, flight-data and payment-processing charges are separate. Custom work and integrations outside the selected plan require written agreement.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
